I placed an online order for a coffee and a loaded bagel at 11:55 AM, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. I got there around 12:00 and waited until 12:21 before anyone even started preparing my order. Then, after all that waiting, I was told they were out of one of the main ingredients (“lox”), despite the item still being available to order online. Instead of offering a refund or contacting me ahead of time, they quickly threw together a plain cream cheese bagel in about two minutes. It wasn’t what I ordered, it wasn’t prepared well, and it looked like it had been carelessly assembled. I ended up paying about $20 for food I didn’t even eat. The complete lack of communication and the fact that my online order wasn’t started until I arrived, defeating the entire purpose of ordering ahead. The delay made me late for a meeting, and the experience was a complete waste of time. I won’t be returning unless they significantly improve how they handle online orders and customer service.

I was one of their first customers when they first opened in February of 2024, and there is a reason why I have come back every time I'm in the area. Hands down the best matcha latte I have ever had. This place has the best sense of community. All of the barista's there are upbeat, welcoming, and so helpful (shout out Caden). You can tell that Andy in the back puts so much love into making the food. I come here almost every day I work at the hospital because sitting down at Green Haus completely resets me. This has also become my go-to study/work spot for the past 2 years. I can not recommend this coffee shop enough. I am inspired by Phi-Long Phan and his family, and the welcoming community they have created

Green haus is a perfect study spot. Thanks to Caden for making me the perfect mango matchas every time i visit! A must visit to grab coffees and great food!!

Gorgeous coffee shop! The little plants are available for purchase! I love how they make the ambiance feel like a jungle bungalow! I got the Hanoi crème coffee - their style of Vietnamese iced coffee. Delicious!

first time here. the shop is nice & cozy. love the vibes so much. i tried hanoi coffee, lychee jasmine tea& oreo matcha today and everything was great! Caden was funny & super friendly but also made sure i got what i want. there are also many good breakfast & sandwich options. there’s only street parking and it’s not easy to find one during peak time. seats are also limited but it’s not a big problem to me anyway. highly recommend to everyone 🫶🏻
